"Contest" in Petkal's world means he entices everyone into entering really fantastic and diverse images with his imaginative themes then at the end he just names #1 fan "Cond(y)aleeza" as the winner.

Contest, entry, it's all the same. We have fun and Condy gets his fragile ego stroked.

;)

But it is fun. And I know I do not need my ego stroked. I just need to have fun.

Incomparably styled Italian scooter "Vespa".
Probably most N. Americans know (care) little about scooters, however, Europeans should be able to appreciate its taut and shapely design.

When I was younger I had a Vespa with a side car. Man I wish I had that scooter now.

Contests imply, judging the entries and selecting a winner.

There is no judging and no competition ... we are all non-judgemental and non-competitive here. Just some are winners and some are losers - got it

TurnipsGag, the reality is that until we agreed Paypal payments my shots where not judged overall winner, despite clearly being winning shots. So, no fanboyism at all: it is simply that money talks ... like AmeriKan polliticks :D

Hmmm ... wot a bad loser

Looks like baby food

Well that's not funny, and with the shots you post you are surely not looking for praise

Merc is sweet Petey boy ... shame we can't see the full monty. The ForcedRaRa posted by Bitterassflecks lacks the same class by a country mile.

Thanks Dave. The other shot is this http://i13.photobucket.com …Mecedes-Benz/IMG_3907.jpg (external link) But I felt the oil pan detracted from the whole. I kind of prefer my cut down one. By missing out the whole, it emphasises the symmetry of the car. You don't need to see the whole to appreciate the whole...
