I just use CS2 to create a web gallery. Post it online and they simplyl email the image numbers they are interested in.

Try JAlbum. I never use CS2 again since I started with JAlbum, easier, faster and is free.

Most image cataloging programs will allow you to create a web gallery. I use iView Media Pro, but ACDSee, ThumbsPlus, BreezeBrowser, and many others will as well.

If you want to be able to sell images from your online site, that's a whole other issue.

I use www.eostemplate.com (external link) ($100) in conjunction with www.jalbum.net (external link) (free). I point it at a directory full of high res JPGs, it makes the web pages and thumbnails. You define your sizes, prices, and products, you can do discounts codes or discounts for multiple shots of the same image. They choose their images and sizes and can make comments about each image if they like. They fill in their details and hit ok and the order's emailed to you. It integrates with payment services so you can have them pay automatically, but I choose not to use them, I get people to pay me directly using electronic funds transfer, like electronic cheques, which is common here.

I use www.Fotki.com (external link), and I am very happy with them. I don't hear anyone on here mentioning them but I paid $30.00 for a year with unlimited storage and the ability to upload my original images if I need to. I use them for proofing for my clients. Also Luise, you need to have your images right click protected so that people can't download you images, unless you aren't worried about it.

Right click protection is false security, just turn off javascript and that limit disappears.
