Soon, I am planning on traveling to Centralia, PA and hoping to get some nice shots. Last time I went I had my point and shoot Sony and took these: http://blog-of-ideas.blogspot.com/
.
The history of the town is that it actually has a coal mine under it that has been burning for a long time. Its pretty much completly deserted so its a pretty cool trip. My question is besides a tri-pod, how am I going to get some great shots (mostly of smoke and landscapes). I am still a noob with my 350D and I really want these to turn out. Who wants to waste a 1.5 hour trip?
