More info | Jul 01, 2007 14:05 | #21 There is nothing wrong with the gorilla pod. I use mine all the time. It is not a replacement for a regular tripod, but used within its limitations it is great. Do not try to put a 30D with a 70-200 and 580 ex on it, it will not hold. My main use has been for those times when a tripod was absolutely out of the question. I also use it with the video camera.
