Hi there,

the last few days I have been wandering around some farmers junk yards and taking some shots of some bits and pieces. Here are a few shots of a similar theme. I have processed them all similar because I am thinking of mounting them all on the same wall.

Opinions and comments welcomed good and bad.

More images from the junkyard to follow.

Regards Darren

really nice. really nostalgic. otherworldy stuff.

how did you get the sepia duotone? does the canon do that automatically with some filter setting that I don't know about yet?

Mircales happen every second of our lives. You just have to be aware enough to see them.

Speechless also . . .

Many years ago, I was browsing through an Art Festival (in Buffalo), and came across a photo of an old broken wagon wheel and a shovel with a worn and broken handle leaning up against a tree. The photo was titled "Retired". I absolutely loved it, and I have loved that title/subject ever since. You may want to print and display all of these (and other similar great photos) on your one wall, and call it your "retirement wall".

Just a thought - cost: $.02

I love what you did here, and thank you for the link. I downloaded the program and can see it's going to be a lot of fun playing with the plugin! :)
