I'm wondering how long it usually takes for Canon to send you your rebate?

I mailed my rebate in a couple weeks ago, and got a certified mail reciept around Monday the 11th. So I know they have everything. Online status check still says it's pending the Mail Submission.

I never got mine, even though they said they sent it.

Take a peak at several threads running around right now about rebates. I believe the correct answer can be from several weeks if your lucky to never and anywhere in between. I qualified for 4 last spring. Two came in a few weeks, one I fought for hard and got it after several months, one I fought for hard and it still has not come after 6 months. I am no longer fighting the last and consider it lost.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

I would strongly suggest that you check the status of your rebate here:

Mine was on hold until I called them and got it moving again. I guess the next question is will they actually mail the check. :)

Canon seems to have purposely printed the lens model number on the warranty card so light that you can barely read the original and they are claiming that the copy of it does not quallify. I called them up and pointed that out and they let mine go forward.

I had to ask after 3 months of waiting on 2 out of three from August. One came fast, & they said that the other 2 were "in the system", but they really added one when I called. Then I got them 2 weeks later.

Depends where you are really, if you're in the UK, Ireland or Europe it's about a month tops.
