Silly question...can you use a Dynatran head on Manfrotto legs? I have a Manfrotto I recently purchased used, and I love it! However, I have arthritis in my hands and the head is difficult for me adjusting the 3 levers. I have a Manfrotto 3205GN Tripod/Manfrotto 3030G Head. I think a ball head would be better. I use it mostly for taking Owl photos. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

The 3/8 screw tripod screw is pretty much universal when it comes to heads, with velbon I think being the only exception to watch out for.

good ballheads are expensive
