Hi guys, called in at Aysgarth falls today the sun was very low in the sky and the light was fading fast, took a few but here's the results, hope you enjoy, C&C most welcome.

Hi Alan

Quite like the 2nd picture.I find myself wanting to know where the water is going.There looks like nothing behind it.Is there a 2 foot drop or 200 foot????
Obviously the 1st picture gives you the answer but viewed on it's own the 2nd picture is intriguing.It looks like the water is disappearing down a hole.

I like the second one, simple composition with an exposure which adds speed to the image. The first one is a bit too bright on the eyes, too many white highlights?

Can't wait to get all my Africa pictures edited and christmas out of the way so I can get back out into the dales :)

Thanks for the commenst guys, I like no2 more myself like the contrast between the smoothness of the water and the jagged roughness of the rocks.

I guess I'm out here by myself, liking the first one better. The colors in the water are hitting me just right, and the overall shot just feels "grander" to me.
