I had a rather close run in with a Black Swan today. I must say I'm happy how the new teleconverter works on the 100-400. I wish I had left a little more neck room on the right.

Tight squeeze on the right but overall quite nice. What was the SS?

You're not going to believe it but it was 1/60:D. I was using a monopod so this helped lots.

I have been very close to these swans too but never recalled that the eye was red too.

Nice detail there of a beautiful animal.
