Does anybody know if the Manfrotto Magic arm can screw into the Manfrotto Clamp?

Which clamp, specifically, are you concerned with using with the Magic Arm? Also, which version of the Magic Arm are you considering?

I suspect the clamp attaches to a 5/8" stud to make it compatible with the arm. Skip Douglas

I used it yesterday to attach my camera to my bike, to make funny night exposures... I would love one of those Magic Arms aswell. Cheers
