Took a few shots last night while walking around with the wife.
Camera was the new Rebel XTI with the Tarmon 28-75mm, 2.8 lens. The 580 flash was used in some of the shots, while dragging the shutter.

Nice shots! I really like the one with the fountain how the building depth is lit up. Are these all hand held?

Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p

I like the last one, good composition. When you are walking around, try and start thinking about front interest, middle interest and back interest. Remove large blank areas from your shots. The rule of thirds; frame filling shots; choosing detail, depth of field and other photography techniques. Most of these are grab shots BUT that is no bad thing! It's all part of the learning curve ;-)a

Also, make sure you chat to the wife, but not about what you are doing :-)

All are on the tri-pod. Some of the shutter speeds are up to 30 seconds.

Thanks Rammy.
Ill be going back next month during a full moon.
