Oh, I forgot, you're an American, with an American sized appetite for all things consumption based...

To us poor right-pondians, a washer-sized applicance can quite easily be a fridge, even something so small can contain a small freezer compartment...

I thought they called them refridgerators or freeze boxes
never fridges (like us)

the things on the left as we see the picture are the frozen compartment and the things on the right are the everyday chilly willies just...compartment

Two doors. One on the left is the freezer compartment where we store all the stuff that we'll never eat until the time we finally realize that we're never going to eat it and pitch it. One on the right is where we store all the stuff that eventually goes into temporary storage on the left . We call it the fridge (or frig), as well.
