Nice timing with the tide and the reflection in the water on the sand. It's a shame the sky wasn't a bit more helpful but it does add to the bleakness of the image.
I'd like to see the horizon horizontal and cropped down on the sky to 1/3rd of the frame - this would also help the wreck look taller. Might look good in B&W perhaps.
