I have installed WINXP on a clean machine, and installed
the WIA driver from the canon web site.
However, when I connect the camera to the USB cable
nothing happens. What should I do ?

I have downloaded and installed the Windows XP driver for Powershot v3.9.1 and Zoombrowser Updater v3.2 to update my earlier version of Zoombrowser. I upgraded to WIN XP from WIN ME. I had no problems with my original software and WIN ME. With WIN XP and the latest Canon software my computer does not recognise my camera. I would be grateful for a solution.
