Going to Ireland and not bringing a camera, the blaspheme... Now, if you had said, I'm going to Illinois and not bringing a camera I could understand, but Ireland, home of Glencar falls, the rocks of the Giants Causeway, Granuaile's Tower, so much more. I long for a place with more history than who shot whom in 1920.
Take the camera, shoes are over rated. :)

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

You're going to Ireland and you are going to miss Southport :confused::rolleyes:

For God's sake take a camera, Ireland is a great country and you will spend the whole time wishing you had a camera if you leave it behind.

It's been too long since my last trip over there, I don't suppose there's room in your suitcase for me, is there ? :lol:

Have a great trip and a great chrimbo and new year etc.

Not a dilemma I ever had to deal with on my visits, I always took the car over so I could carry as much as I liked.

Say hi to Marie while you're over there. Give her a hug from all of us on this side of the pond.

Maybe she'll let you borrow her tripod.

I will see to it that you are officially excommunicated if you fail to record digitally what you see for those of us less fortunate; those of us who may never get to go to such a beautiful country.

As to the shoes, go barefoot; builds character; or, wear 'em.;)

Must leave kit lens home. Take whole arsenal with you. Light will be perfect this time of year. Winter rays are the best.

Merry xmas to you too.

You really need to bring your camera.. You really do.. wear it around your neck and stash extra lenses in your purse..

I can bet if you don't take your camera, it won't be shoes you buy, but a 400D, and several L lens! :D

I was thinking wear a coat with big pockets. Place the body in one and a lens in the other.

Lion bait, :lol::lol::lol:
