EF lenses will work on your film EOS. EF-s are only for digital bodies with a crop factor...

I hope this helps ;-)a

Hi Necstandards,

welcome to the forum!

Do a web search to find out whether the price they are quoting you is a good one.
Also check if you can find the company on www.resellerratings.com (external link), if you have not done business with them before.

Best regards,
Andy

Argos is a well known UK mail order/ catalogue store. They are as reputable as anyone.

Unfortunately that particular lens is rated rather poorly, it's about the same as the 75-300 in terms of build and image quality, but suffers by starting at 90mm

I wouldn't buy it, go for the sigma 75-300 APO lens, or even the Canon EF 75-300 f/3.5-5.6 USM III

Canon 6D
Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 , Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 macro
CanonEF 17-40 f/4 L Canon EF 24-70 f/4 IS L and 70-200 f/4 L :D
Speedlite 580EX and some bags'n pods'n stuff
