I took this one early this morning. It was V cold but the view was nice So well worth feeling the sting of winter for!:) It was very misty indeed but I was above its level with camera in hand ;)

You lucky man! And you made a good job of it too - nice foreground and the distant mist is very well captured. :)

Only gripe is the slightly unbalanced mid-ground. I'm left wondering if you could have moved a bit - but probably then you would have lost the nice foreground :rolleyes: .

Thanks Mike. It is a bit tricky taking pics in this area because there's so many rocks and trees in the area... difficult to get an "uncluttered" composition! I felt the same thing about the pic myself but I do like the way the light was hitting the grass around the foreground rock!!
