Dec 19, 2006 16:40 | #3 Great, thanks for the site. I notice on the old battery made by Promaster, it says it's a 1450mAh battery and the one on the site you gave me is a 2000mAh battery. Will the extra mAh do any harm to my camera ?

The extra capacity (550mAh) will allow you to take more shots on a charge. I have a couple of sterlingtek batteries, they're much higher capacity than my original Canon one. Which is nice....
