Lola's still cute, see the white dog smiling? The other dog's tail is blurred, hence meaning that the white dog is wagging its tail. (or it is at least on my screen)

Yes it is. I guess, Webby has a little boy as well, so he may think if one kid goes down the tube,he's got yet another one to go.
