I'm leaving this weekend for 3 weeks traveling thru Europe by rail and will be taking a 30D, 10-22, 17-55, 580EX. (possibly a 85 1.8 also)
I currently have a Slingshot 200.
Am I better off bringing the Slingshot or buying a shoulder bag?

Travelling in Europe is same as anywhere so your experience of using your current bag should tell you if it is suitable. One thing to remember is to ensure there is room for the essential carry around stuff to be stored secure, like passport, money, keys, whatever. The Slingshots are pretty practical bags I think. https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1203740

IIRC, it's about 17x10x8 max. dimensions. After all, you dowant to be able to get your gear there. Jon
