I like the price of UPS and the package tracking of FedEx.
I remember I ordered a book from Amazon - the day before Christmas Eve ( a few years back ) UPS said "Out for Delivery" - I was walking up the street to get the mail and I saw three UPS trucks drive by - none stopped. I went back and looked at my package "Rescheduled due to weather" - We had no snow, no ice, no fog - it was just a small 1 hour downpour. I had to wait until a few days after Christmas - they made me mad that day!

But, I know the two UPS guys in my town by name - and I see them at the gym, etc and they are really nice. The FedEx drivers have no humor and no smile ability...
