Such gorgeous animals in this thread!

Here is my contribution, my German Shepard Mix named Sunny. We got her from the Humane Society when she was about 2.5 months old and she's 11 months now. She's very smart, well mannered and great with the kids. I love my girl so much!!

Here she was around 4 months.

And around 10 months here.

You are entitled to your opinion :p i dont happen to agree with you.
But beauty is in the eye of the beholder and if we all liked the same things it would be pretty boring.

Its not a matter of opinion, that dog looks unsound. The breed description says a little slope, but all these show breeders think if a little is good alot is better and as a consequence their dogs are only good for trotting around a show ring.

that dog isn't unsound.
the photos from the show are animals that have their AZ stamps - this means that they have good hips and elbows.
So like i said beauty is in the eye of the beholder. :)
This is about photos of our GSDs

Just to say I agree with Stregone. They look like a decrepit old lady fallin' down in the back with curved spine issues. Sorry.

I agree that what show breeders think is good looking is ... not good, far too much slope is being bred into these dogs, but I don't think it's appropriate to flat out call another person's dog deformed. Especially if you wouldn't have the cajones to do it in real life, and if you do and you can't do it any more delicately you need to go back to grade 1 and learn how to play with others properly. The internet doesn't excuse you from social etiquette people! FFS.
