ok here goes, my first post with the 30D and my first attempt at sports photography. i used my friends to practise on during a friendly game of tennis and it was really good fun. did a lot of PP, mainly levels and saturation. C&C very welcome as its my first attempt and it can only get better from here! thanks.

#1 - shame about the powerlines, etc in the background but it was all i had to work with!

Nice first effort, what size lens did you use? if possible u could try to create a bit more depth of field to isolate the subjects. Another quick question. Is that the Rocks resort? it looks vaguley familiar.

I would recommend a f-stop as low as you can to get to 1/500 + speed...
