Well, at least the taggers didn't muck up the nice BNSF's! It's amazing how they can create such "art" without getting caught. Look at the second switcher in your second photo...that's a LOT of paint on there! Where was railroad security?

The tagging is bad (the photos are very good). I wonder if there is a way the taggers of that area couldn't be given a means to tag and learn how to do art at the same time? I think that is done elsewhere.

Karl....I very much like these shots. I see plenty of UP engines out here in the desert, but we don't often see any of the BNSF equipment. It is sad to see the old SP engines being defaced by taggers. The old bloody nose units are being retired or repainted, and there are almost no pristeen units left.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Thanks, Dan. Apparently, taggers are only interested in UP stuff! I didn't see one BNSF unit tagged! Maybe taggers are onto the Evil Empire (UP)!

Merry Christmas to you too!

I don't know that I've ever seen a tagged BNSF....plenty of UP stuff though...

I'd like to "meet" some of these taggers... Some night when it's dark, they are creating their art, nobody around...

Jon.
