Last year I found the website of the guy who did the first video. He has these audio-power-computer bridge devices that you load music on to, and then select what lights to be on/off at what point in the music. Pretty cool thing! If I lived where other people could see the lights I put up I would so do that!

Some may remember the story last year about ^ that guy. He told everyone that you could control his lights from the Internet, but in the end it was a really nice programming job with the GD library (for PHP/Perl programmers)... He got enough flack for fooling people and going up in a news chopper to see the lights from the air that he actually got the gear together and lets you control it from the website. Pretty cool!
