it probably does, but the small size imposed by the board isn't helping to transport the mood. To me, it transports vast emptiness, the scene seems to be calm, silent, lonely. The reduced details leave enough room for the imagination to rove around. There are some points of interest in the sea, but as I said, in this size they're to blurred to appeal. I see some potential, but can't say much more from this sample here. Maybe try to straighten the horizon would be a good idea.
