They have some nice prices on the Canon ST-E2 transmitter, I was hoping to pick one up from them in the near future. Has anybody here dealt with them before, and are they reliable and provide a good product?

Is there anything that I should look out for when dealing with them? They seem to be a reputable seller, they have lots of feedback, and they have a lot of ST-E2 in the picture.

If anybody wants to look up the seller for themselves, the eBay username is urgalaxy.

Bought my ST-E2 from them. I do not work for or represent them, just a customer who has bought from them once and been satisfied. YMMV.. my experience worked out for me.. can't guarantee that others will end up happy though.

If buying on Ebay, follow Ebay/Paypal's buyer protection policy and pay by Paypal. Do everything to the letter so if that if the need arises to file a claim, your chances of succeeding are higher. All the best!

I've bought CompactFlash cards from them on multiple occasions. Never had a problem and delivery is always faster than they quote

I've bought a few bits from them. Always good on delivery and unlike my experience with digital rev they always have the item they are selling in stock.

If in doubt, I shut up...

Gear: 40D, 12-24mm AT-X Pro, 17-85mm, Sigma 150mm Macro Sigma 100-300 F4, 550EX, other stuff that probably helps me on my way.

Two buys and both problematic. First, bought a Kenko Pro 300 Dg and got the non-DG sent. Second bougfht a lens advertised as 'brand new model' and received a lens that had just been discontinued. While I should have checked the exact model I also feel they misrepresented in their advertising as clearly not a 'brand new model' in the normal sense of the term. I left a neutral and despite me paying upfront and all fair and
square they left an aggressive retalitory feedback, my first negative ever. I think my experience leads me to believe they fly close to the wind and I wouldn't use them again. BAd vibes. I prefer onestop-digital.com.

I got my marco lens & flash from them a couple of years ago, I didn't have to pay import tax or anything so I was happy.

I bought 430EX from them last year. Received it a week after ordering. Got no problem with the flash unit until now only the manual was in Japanese but received a fotocopy of english manual afterward.

They did give the international warranty form but with no receipt. I don't know whether the warranty is valid or not. Just hope I won't need it.
