Normally my mum comes over here for Xmas but due to circumstances she couldn't make it this year
so I was Head Chef for the day!
We never use to have "pigs in blankets" at home, and I was feeling adventurous... so I wrapped some cocktail sausages in streaky bacon, gave them a very generous sprinkling of black pepper, and set them off in the oven.
They turned out good too!
...and sorry - they went too fast to allow a 'cooked' shot!
