I like the concept of this shot, and I really love the candlesticks.

However, I do find the background distracting with the picture behind the candles and the light on the left draws the eye away from the subject. It might also take a bit of straightening, I feel as if the candles are going to slide off to the left here.

Great idea and I think it's worth setting up again and trying from a different angle. Maybe also get some candles where the flames are more visible from the angle you are using, they're a bit hidden in this shot.

I agree ... the bkgrd is a bit distracting. The image is also a bit crooked. Here is my version. I hope it gives ideas for future sessions.

I like the fix above.

Nice shot though. Makes me think of a nice warm winter indoors, comforting.
