Image size in Dpp

Hi,
I'm new to this forum,and have recently tried using dpp.
I cannot seem change the image size from the tools menu,and print it to my desired size....when I look at print preview on my epson 220 printer..it still is coming up as a 81/2 X 11.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
