Hi! 
Just been perusing the www. looking for decent camera forums to join and thought this looked the best so here i am!
My names Dan, i'm 25. I've got a BA in Graphic Design-not managed to find a job in graphics yet but i'm still working on it! I work in a Photo Processing Lab which is Ok, but it's in retail which i hate! I done a fair bit of photography in college using old Pentax 35mm SLR's which were good, but i was kinda bitten back then so the desire for a decent camera beckoned. My first digi cam was an Olympus C-150. 2.1mp and a digital zoom....whoo hoo! The sort you'd get your Grandparents if they knoew naff all about Camera's. Had some pretty good shots from that-all the pictures in my Photobucket account were from that-but it was no SLR. So i've been saving since August/September, and the christmas money i got i put towards a new camera. Picked up a 400D with 1gb card for a reasonable sum. Haven't really had the chance to go out and use it properly and back to work tomorrow, but i'll be out and anout with it-it'll be in the car whenever i am!
So, thats it really. Just thought i'd introduce meself!
