Seems like you lost the spirit of Xmas. Even worse, you crow at the fact that your MIL is almost dying, and someone has to take her to the hospital, so she won't croak. Sorry, not trying to be harsh here, but, that's not such a great attitude.

Just be glad that you had family over, and that there were gifts under the tree. Be glad that this life you have the things you have...because there are other people out there that have it much worse, than your own position.

Hate is a very strong word...

Even though this world is being more and more populated with people that will inconvenience you because they know they'll get away with it, its Christmas. Let it slide.

Now if it was the Superbowl for me, or the World Cup - whatever sports you guys love - for you. Totally justified.. :)

Nah, be thankful you have a nice family, without this 'nerve tester' things could be completely different.

Camera will always be there and you can play with it later. Mother in law is family. Enough said.

Be happy you had family and got to spend time with them. I had to travel twice yesterday to spend it with mine. (and some I did not want to spend it with).

It was a bit silly leaving it a week until xmas day to sort it out tbh, so I see where you're coming from. Even though she is your mother in law i'd let it slide after all it is xmas :D

If she was a real troublemaker, she would've chosen Christmas to expire. That really would've ruined your day. (It would have, wouldn't it?)

Now that would depend on what time she expired ;)
Its so anoying she was asked sevral days before Xmass if she wanted taking to the hospital and kept saying NO im fine - it will be at leased 3 years till we can all be togather and thats with a lot of luck involved .

i do see were other views are coming from but you would have to know her to understand my point -Then again i would not put anyone through haveing to know her :)
Happy New Year to everyone .
