I am really getting frustrated waiting and waiting and waiting for this product to become available. Canon say's "Available in 2007."

When I called Canon they said they don't know if it will be early, mid or late 2007. Well if they don't know, who would?

I emailed them first though and never even got a reply.:evil:

I am a loyal Canon customer and I have done my homework and decided on this printer. I don't want an Epsom or a HP. I want the Canon.

If anyone has any info on a release date or advice regarding how to get a better answer, please let me know.

Rumor out of Canon has it that they are experiencing some electromechanical problems (whatever that means).

I would not look for a release date too soon. Sorry.

I can recomment the Canon i9900, which is available now. Works great, produces great pix.
