Sometimes i just keep tweaking with settings to see what happens.. im not really sure what to think of this one. click on the image for the full size.

its pretty simple.. find yourself on a flight that is approaching a city during the night, one hand on the zoom ring, and the other on the body.. then twist both independently over a long-ish exposure. Then the random color tweaks to turn it into what it is now.
