I took this picture with a S 2IS set to ISO200, AV from a path above the bay. Is there a way to improve the details in photoshop? Thanks.

In CS2, I adjusted the shadows and highlights a little and did a double pass of Unsharp Mask set to 100, 0.3, 0.0. It also helps if you have a place to host your images so your not limited to 100k by the attaching them to the forum server.

Canonloader,
Thanks, that really makes a difference. What software did you use to make the adjustments? Is it expensive?

I used Photshop CS2, and yes, it's too expensive. Although, I think Elements might be able to do the same thing, and I think there are free copies around bundled with some Canon camera software. You might Google for Photoshop Elements.

Thanks again. I'll give it a look. Taking the picture is just the beginning of the process I guess...

Yup, digital takes a lot of processing to get top notch images. It would help if you raise the ISO or the aperture so you can shoot at a faster shutter speed. That helps a lot to make the blurred areas sharp. 1/160 isn't quite enough to stop the action or camera shake.
