Good stuff Steve. Nice to have the comfort of some reasonable lights for a change. You can look forward to night games in 2007!

Did you get any views of the new stadium? Would be intrigued to see it in all its glory...

---- Gavin

Hi Not to sure if this is exactly what you wanted to see Gavin. But I'm not to sure what im allowed to post on the stadium front I don't want to upset the powers that be the stadium management committee :D . but i hope someone will like this little montage I have put together.

Nice one... love the wrap around grounds... cant wait to photograph there on the 14th...

BTW re my 120-300 I got back to sigmaUK and they said to call them on the 2nd and they will arrange to come get it and my camera (AGAIN!) they said because it came back from japan as passed all standards they thought it was right.. I want my 1d on the 7th for the Arsenal ladies game so its going back 8th... the chances of me having either lens or 1d on 14th are a bit slim I guess:( so will be 10d and 70-200

Fantastic collage Steve... really great work.

Ground looks like a many of the other new stadia that have been built over the last 5-10 years... but all the mod cons and nice lighting more than make up for the slight lack of character.

Sometimes its not the score that really matters m8 yes we did loose 16-10 but more importantly for me was, That it was a whole new chapter in the history of the club playing in a brand new stadium for the first time. Rugby League in Doncaster has gone thru some really bad times in the past, i think things can only improve now if the facilities are anything to go by then im sure they will.
