Wow I'm getting vertigo! Hard to tell what it is without seeing the markings on the body well?? But a very interesting shot. Love the way you got the web kinda out of focus and the spider in.

Great work on both Tina, do you really want the 100-400 or could you have fun with a macro lens. But then I suppose that you are shooting some great stuff without a true macro lens already.

Its a form of Orb spider, similar to a golden orb. Probably harmless but I wouldnt be willing to test that statement

Stunning shot, I tried a similar one last winter but the wind was too strong and I just diddnt have that side light, amazing well done!

I prefer the first shot, but try inverting the second, it looks fabulous.
