It looks as though he has Power Seller status and has only one negative feedback in the past twelve months. I think it is pretty safe. Also if you decide to buy from him use paypal, this will ensure you get your money back in case of fraudulent activity.

Why not? He got 99.9% with over 3300+ feedbacks. If you use common sense when buying then it's no different then other users.

I think there's a thread in the Watch forum about this seller, you may want to check it out.

Yep, that is Kerso's eBay site. PM him from here for more info. I got my 580EX from him, from this forum and will be looking to get more in the future! You don't pay the PayPal surcharge if you transact through his email account.
