I need a camera with a larger view than my SD700...I have a feeling its the reason my pictures feel so blah. So whats the best P&S with a 28mm lens? And can you post some of pics you've taken with it if you have one yourself?

The Panasonic FX07 is excellent too, but has no viewfinder. Both go 28mm wide. A sample is attached - sorry about thr redeye! At 28mm (35 terms) it is pretty wide for a small point and shoot. It also takes some of the best daylight shots I've seen from sucha small point and shoot. She just shot this last weekend. She has minimal camera knowledge, but I did teach her the rules of 1/3's
That might give you some idea what the 28mm buys you. - d Canon 7D | 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 | 24mm f/2.8 | 24-105mm f/4 L IS | 50mm f/1.8 | 100mm f/2.8 Macro | 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS
