A quick question for the mods.

I've noticed that when you post a new thread it appears with 2 viewings recorded as soon as it is posted. Why and who are these mystical viewers?

Obviously I've got too much time on my hands over Christmas.

It's not how much kit you have, it's what you do with it that counts.......but at least L glass LOOKS good !!:D

Not sure. I just created a thread to see what would happen. After pressing 'enter', I was sent directly to the first post in the new thread---my own. That was one view, and that's what showed up in the directory---one view.

I'm not sure why you're seeing a second view. On my little experiment, that was not my experience.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

I've never noticed 2 views - could have missed it - but I know that I have seen 1 view many many times.

You can take my 100-400 L away when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers.

First view count is your own and by the time you have returned to the list someone else have viewed it.

Did you refresh your screen? That will add to the view count, I think.
