I'm assuming that if he is saying he's short then the stool is for him. If he is working with a model that is standing and she's 5'7 or 5'8 he does not want to be angling the camera up at her and in order for him to compose the shot with the camera at the correct height, pointing straight forward he needs to be raised up.

What's a pele case? You mean one of those pelican briefcases that you put your gear in, which you think I maybe could stand on? I was thinking of getting one to be classy and wearing a suit when I take it out, hahahaha.
I am about to make an attempt at shooting models (atleast one person I know), and they are usually pretty tall. The perspective from down below can be interesting, but in this case, I'd rather have a stool or something.
