well i was using my monopod in the rainforest of Dominica. and lo and behold i lost the rubber foot on the trail using it as a hiking stick. so where might i locate a replacement for it? (694 magfiber)

Anyway I tried to get original replacements without a lot of success. I finished up putting walking stick ferrules on it. They were every bit as well if not better made, had a steel insert inside and were absolutely dirt cheap. I haven't a clue where you'd get them in the US but virtually every cobbler (shoe repairer) over here has a selection in various sizes. Probably worth checking out anyway... BiLL
