Does anyone else have problems when using the 350D with Canon grip on tripods? I have had this problem since I got it, after I adjust the body/lense and lock the ball head the whole camera like flexes down a bit, mostly from the grip. Are the grips to the 30D/5D stronger and flex less?

I have a 30d with the bg-e2 grip and there is a bit of flex in it, which apparently is one of the main faults the grip has. Mine currently doesnt move very much, maybe 1mm, but it is enough to feel and it more worsen over time. The one i have is brand new and i have only had for about a week now.
