Here's today's backyard action pics with the new 70-200:
Took all day to get this first one, the only one 100% airborne. (Luckily was IF)
And one later tonight with the thrifty:
I found the lens/camera wasn't keeping the subject in focus as he was tearing across the yard in front of me, to the extent only about 10% were keepers. I tried using only the center focus point, then all the focus points. (And was using AI Servo the entire time).
Does anyone have any suggestions to keep the subject in focus the more often? I feel I'm doing a pretty good job of track him, of course I could be doing better.
