So the new theme is you as a fotographer facing an attacker, an evil agent of destruction and harm going at ya, be it a living creature or an object, however, you had enough wits about ya to take pictures of it.

"I CONFRONTED THE EVIL"

Your entries are due by Sunday nite (tomorrow) 23:00 hrs EST.

OK, my entry of evildoer pic won't win any awards for composition or style (I took some much better ones of the perpetrator, before he decided I was a candidate for lunch), however these pics do meet the criteria for entry quite well. This is merely the most recent critter that has tried to chow down on me, whilst I am on a shoot by the way.

To set the scene, This vulture was initially quite accomodating and posed for some portraits without any fuss. The trouble started when I wandered off to shoot another bird in a nearby tree, I was concentrating on my new subject when I felt something chewing / pecking at my ankle. Looking down, I spotted baldy here trying to get a meal out of my lower leg, he soon realised that he wasn't going to get through my jeans and started on my shoes, then moved onto undoing my laces so I was wandering around struggling to keep my shoes on (I value my toes!). After trying to pull on my, by now undone, laces and drag me back to his lair, he eventually quit chasing me around (this after about 30 minutes of pecking, chewing and tugging). However, any time I stood still for more than a couple of minutes he would start sneaking up on me again, so I had to grab my shots of other birds and keep moving on.
