side of Saddam palace Iraq, at night

this was just part of the side of a Saddam palace, actually taken the night of the day he was hung. the shot was exactly what i was looking for but i was work with the gear i had so i just made the best of it. it was hand held and heres the specs so let me know what you think.
1/30 shutter speed at ISO 400 and 18MM
