fluid ball head question from bogen......

anybody using one from bogen?? if so, how much better are they than the standard ball head from bogen ??

This is probably a Manfrotto Hydrostatic ball head. I believe that Bogen is just the American distributor.

I was not happy with my previous Manfrotto ball heads and switched to Acratech. The newer Hydrostatic models that use an oil filled hydraulic system for tensioning may be better. I hope someone who has used one can comment.
