Useful tip that I stumbled across in here recently about Noise Reduction......although Tony, I'm not sure this would work with your workflow through Bibble.
However......
Assuming you do your NR through Photoshop CS2 you can apply the NR, then in the Edit menu there is an option "fade Noise Ninja" - this allows you to change the opacity of the Noise Reduction layer and reduce the plastic look.
If you use PS Elements, then this option doesn't exist, however I get around this by creating a duplicate layer, apply NR to the layer and adjust opacity in that layer, then flatten image.
This probably isn't the most practical element to put into your workflow if you're wiring from pitchside or on tight deadlines, however if doing prints etc it seems to work rather well.
