I'm not sure exactly what this is, but it looked like some sort of wheel possibly to a machine. I found it out taking pictures one day at the old train depot in our town (now a museum that's never open). I liked the texture and shape of it. What do you think? Any criticism would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure what exactly it is... but I think I like the colour one better since it more easily separates the wheel from the background...but the sepia one has a nicer mood.

Maybe do the same process as the sepia one (blurred highlights) on the colour one, except retain some of the brick colour. Plus the rust on the iron part adds a bit to the colour photo.

I also see a lot of fun macro in those shots, too. Looks good! I'd like to know what the wheel is for.
