Taken at Dawn at the end of a big thunderstorm. The stones came up well in the morning glow.

Nice composition with lots of triangles. I like the way the fence enters the scene on the left side. Nice color palette indeed - from the warm earth tones to the cool sky. Something bothers me on the right side... the part between the iron wire and the stone wall, right of the prominent tree seems to be off in colors and pattern. Did you clone there? Nice shot! Thanks for sharing.

cheers

Great image .... colors, densities, and all. It could have been created in the Old West ... I half expected to see a cowboy on a horse.

No cowboys around here :) ! It was taken during passing showers (and the odd left over thunderbolt), so it was a bit of a difficult shoot, but worth the 4.00am start to get there.

There was no image enhancement at right of the tree. The ground is wet and sloping so the gradient is different. Thanks for your comments and feedback guys.

You could have at least put Crocodile Dundee somewhere in the image ... if you didn't have any cowboys handy. Or, maybe just a Foster's can laying about ? LOL

The more I look at your image, the more I love it !
